FCS 537 - Culturally Responsive Nutrition Promotion for Latinos (3 units)
Prerequisites: Open to students enrolled in graduate programs in Family and Consumer Sciences, Health Science or related field. Explores the need and methods to develop culturally and linguistically relevant nutrition education with a focus on the Latino population. Students will analyze, evaluate, and create culturally competent nutrition interventions for the Latino community.
Letter grade only (A-F). Same course as H SC 537 . Not open to students with credit in H SC 537 .
