KIN 405 - Cardiopulmonary Aspects of Health‑Related Exercise Programs (4 units)
Prerequisites: KIN 210 or current First Aid and CPR certificates, KIN 301 . Open to Exercise Science Option students in Kinesiology only, or consent of instructor. Theory and practical application of physical fitness assessment. Emphasis will be placed on the use of assessments to design and implement basic fitness programs for apparently healthy individuals.
Letter grade only (A-F). Course fee may be required. (Lecture 3 hours, Laboratory 3 hours).
