Prerequisite: GE Foundation requirements, one or more Exploration courses and Upper-division standing. Explores nutrition-related and contextual factors associated with the high rates of chronic disease among diverse Latino-specific subpopulations and provide culturally-relevant strategies for prevention.
Letter grade only (A-F). Same course as NUTR 333. Not open for credit to students with credit in NUTR 333.
