Prerequisite: NUTR 697. Will acquire experiential skills under the guidance of a faculty advisor and supervisor/preceptor at an approved project site. Will identify problems, design and assess a project or conduct research. Results will be presented in a thesis-style report. This serves as the culminating experience for the program.
