Prerequisite: GE Foundation requirements. Survey of literature by women authors writing in English across a range of historical periods; examination of works in various genres that present the complexity of women’s lives and the challenges of female authorship; exploration of feminist critical approaches.
Both grading options. Same course as WGSS 382. Not open for credit to students with credit in W/ST 382 or WGSS 382.
