E E 528 - Speech Signal Processing

(3 units)

Prerequisites: Open to Electrical Engineering MS and Engineering MS students only.
Principles and engineering applications of speech signal processing. Speech synthesis, recognition, encoding, and compression. Applications of neural networks. Additional projects required for EE 528.

Letter grade only (A-F). (Lecture-problems 3 hours). Double Numbered with: E E 428
