Corequisite: CHEM 220A, except for students who have previously earned a “C” or better in CHEM 220A. Introduction to organic laboratory techniques. First semester of a two-semester sequence (CHEM 223A, CHEM 223B). Not applicable to a degree in chemistry or biochemistry.
Letter grade only (A-F). (Laboratory 3 hrs.) Not open to students with credit in CHEM 320L or CHEM 323A.
