BIOL 565 - Experimental Design and Regression Analysis (4 units)
Prerequisites: Graduate standing in the Department of Biological Sciences. (Undergraduates enroll in BIOL 465 ; graduates enroll in BIOL 565.) Experimental design and data analysis techniques applied to problems in biology including analysis of variance and covariance, bivariate and multiple regression, experimental design, bootstrapping and randomization tests, and nonparametric statistics. Experience in analyzing biological data using computerized statistical packages.
