MAE 577 - Biomechanics of Human Movement (3 units)
Prerequisites: MAE 371 and MATH 370A or Consent of Instructor The course will include a review of experimental techniques used to study human movement, an introduction to advanced modeling, simulation and motion analysis techniques. Projects and demonstrations emphasize applications of mechanics in robotics, sports, orthopedics, and rehabilitation.
Letter grade only (A-F). (Lecture-Problems 3 hours)
