Prerequisite: Admission to the Educational Leadership Doctorate program or consent of department chair. Examination of dynamic organizations from a leader’s perspective. Analysis of organizational theory, structure, culture and interrelationships from multiple perspectives as well as the leader’s role in managing critical factors that can undermine a high performance organization.
