Prerequisites: ART 130, ART 131, ART 181; ART 221 or ART 254; AH 111A or AH 111B. Intermediate study of tools and processes common in the production of wooden objects and structures. Hand tools and layout techniques are emphasized through the practice of historical joinery methods pertaining to furniture and architecture. Woodturning and milling are continued.
