ANTH 418 - Methods in Linguistic Anthropology (3 units)
Prerequisites(s): ANTH 170 or LING 170 This course covers research methods and approaches to data collection and analysis in linguistic anthropology. Students become familiar with various methods for identifying and analyzing linguistic phenomena in different contexts. Students also learn technologies for capturing and analyzing data.
Letter grade only (A-F). (2 hours lecture, 2 hours activity)
