MAE 571 - Stability Analysis and Control Synthesis of Time-Delay Systems

(3 units)

Prerequisite: MAE 476  
Corequisite: MAE 501  
The course concerns the analysis of time-delay systems, such as manufacturing process, networked control systems, tele-operation of robots, multi-robot systems, internal combustion engines, and traffic dynamics. Fundamentals and up-to-date developments of such systems will be discussed.

Letter grade only (A-F). (Lecture-Problems 3 hours).
