PSY 406B - Professional Development in Psychology (3 units)
Prerequisite: Psychology major, PSY 301 ; consent of instructor. Students develop competence in professional activities (e.g., teamwork, complex problem solving, information/technology literacy, leadership abilities, public speaking, self-mastery in learning, organizational skills, written communication). As peer mentors, students serve as liaisons, guides, and resources for psychology undergraduates. Students apply for 406A -B during the semester before the courses are taken.
Letter grade only (A-F).
