COMM 431 - Mediation and Dispute Resolution

Prerequisite: COMM 411
Prerequisites/Corequisites: COMM 330 and COMM 421, or consent of instructor.

Learn effective techniques for facilitating communication between disputing parties, with a focus on interpersonal, intercultural, and organizational disputes. This course provides essential skills for resolving conflicts through mediation.
