Prerequisites: Graduate standing in the Department of Biological Sciences. (Undergraduates enroll in BIOL 458; graduates enroll in BIOL 558.)
Ecological processes in urban environments compared with non-urban systems. Effects of the built environment on material and energy flow, biodiversity, organismal adaptations, and conservation management and policy.
