ASTR 330 - Galactic Bodies in Motion

(3 units)

Prerequisites: GE Foundation Requirement.
Students discover principles of Galactic dynamics and dance through individual and collective movement. Topics include epicycles, rhythm, spiral arms, quality of movement, kinematic heating, improvisation, dark matter, and collaborative choreography.

Both grading options. (3 hours seminar) Not repeatable for credit.
