TRST 601 - Translation and Interpreting Technologies

Prerequisite: Graduate Standing.
Students will learn how to integrate the use of translation memories (TM), machine translation (MT), Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT), artificial intelligence (AI), Terminology Management Systems (TMS), Speech Recognition and Automatic Speech Translation (AST) and Automated Interpretation Platforms (AIP) in professional environments.

Both grading options. Not repeatable for credit.
