TRST 540 - Specialized Translation

Prerequisite: Graduate standing.
In this course, students will acquire the skills needed to translate texts from a variety of specialized domains. Emphasis will be placed on mastering relevant translation technologies, terminology, the conventions of different text types, and workflows and strategies to efficiently produce professional-level translations.

Both grading options. Not repeatable for credit.
