HM 171 - Hospitality, Culture, & The Human Experience (3 units)
This course explores the role of hospitality as a cultural expression throughout history and across civilizations. Students will analyze how hospitality practices reflect and shape societal values, rituals, ethics, and human relationships. Through literature, philosophy, art, and global traditions, students will investigate hospitality not only as an industry but as an ongoing human experience.
Letter grade only (A-F). Not repeatable for credit.
