I S 610 - Business Data Analysis

(3 units)

Prerequisite: MSIS majors only.
Statistical analysis includes probability, estimation, hypothesis testing, regression, and forecasting. Management sciences include quantitative modeling, math programming, decision theory and simulation applicable to various business functions with emphasis on information systems. Use of computer software packages as analytical tools.

Letter grade only (A-F). Not repeatable for credit. Students cannot take both IS 610 and IS 601 for credit.
