NUTR 470 - Applied Sports Nutrition

(3 units)

Prerequisites: Nutrition and Food Science majors, Nutrition Minors: NUTR 331 ; Kinesiology majors: NUTR 132  and KIN 301 .
Fundamentals of sports nutrition paired with applied strategies for fueling physically active individuals in the field.

Letter grade only (A-F). (2 hours lecture, 3 hours activity).
