E E 585 - Advanced Digital Signal Processing with Machine Learning

(3 units)

Prerequisite: Open to Engineering MS and Electrical Engineering MS students only.
Advanced topics in digital signal processing and applications to communication and power line systems. Topics include the application of machine learning to DSP, including adaptive filters, FFT-based OFDM transceivers. IEEE standards for green energy communication and optimization.

Letter grade only (A-F). (Lecture-problems 3 hours).
