Prerequisites: CDFS majors only. Exclude first-time, first-year students.
Introduction to the administration of early childhood programs with an emphasis on quality programming for Infant through Preschool aged children. Covers philosophies, licensing regulations, staffing, budgeting, marketing, policies, procedures and advocacy.

Both grading options. (Lecture-discussion 3 hours)
