This program provides an interdisciplinary approach to explore the diverse histories, cultures, communities, and contemporary realities in Asian America. Admission to the program requires completion of the GE Foundation courses. A “C” grade in all required and elective classes in the major is required for continuation of the program.

Requirements
A major in Asian American Studies requires a minimum of 36 units.
