Nurse Practitioner Graduate Certificate

This certificate is awarded to students who complete 32-38 units of post-masters course work in one of the Nurse Practitioner specialty areas. Applications from students who hold a masters degree in nursing as a nurse practitioner will be reviewed individually.
This certificate program is eligible for Financial Aid. Please see the department web site for required Federal disclosure information.

Prerequisites
- Copies of transcripts of Baccalaureate in Nursing and Masters in Nursing degrees.
- Copy of unrestricted State of California RN licensure.
- Three letters/checklists of references
- Completion of the School of Nursing Graduate Program Application and university application.
Requirements
- Completion of a minimum of 32-38 units in approved upper division and graduate courses;
- An overall GPA of 3.0 or better.
