ART 369 - Axis: Woodturning and Metal Spinning

(3 units)

Introduction to the wood lathe, including concepts, tools and techniques relevant for making wood and metal objects and furniture applications: Spindle Turning, Bowl Turning, Vessels and Metal Spinning.

Letter grade only (A-F) (6 hrs. Art Activity) May be repeated to a maximum of 6 units in different semesters.
