EESJ 550 - Foundations of Equity, Education, and Social Justice

Prerequisite: Equity, Education and Social Justice Majors only.
Introduction to central theories and concepts and development of core competencies inequity, education, and social justice; discussion of applications of critical theories and pedagogies in education; examination of systemic and structural inequities related to race, class, gender, sexuality, language, immigration status, and other social locations.

Letter grade only (A-F). Not open for credit to students with credit in SCAE 550.
