Prerequisites: NUTR 132 and open to Dietetics, Nutritional Science, and Food Science majors and minors only. Prerequisite(s)/ Corequisite(s): Food Science majors and minors: PSY 100 .
Social and cultural impacts on food and nutrition around the world. Global food patterns, culturally competent care, global hunger and food aid, and trends in food production.
Letter grade only (A-F). (Lecture 3 hours).
