ART 394 - Professional Practices in Illustration/Animation

(3 units)

Prerequisites/Corequisites: Illustration/Animation BFA. Not open to freshmen.

Professional preparation for Animators and Illustrators, topics include: portfolio and resume development, interviewing and networking, pricing, negotiating, ethical guidelines, project management, pitching ideas to networks, and submitting to comic conventions, illustration competitions, and film festivals.

Letter grade only (A-F). (3 hours seminar).
