MUS 273A - Diction for Singers

(2 units)

Prerequisite: Music majors only.
Focus on IPA, International Phonetic Alphabet, and its application in English and Italian. Repertoire focuses on correct pronunciation of art song, choral repertoire, and opera arias.

Letter grade only (A-F).
