EDEL 100 - Introduction to Teaching and Learning in Diverse Contemporary Classrooms

Prerequisite: Students must have a valid Certificate of Clearance and proof of a negative TB test to begin fieldwork hours in this course.
Addresses the qualities of an effective teacher, components and purposes of an effective professional portfolio, and critical issues in diverse contemporary classrooms.

Letter grade only (A-F). Ten hours of field experience.
