KIN 142B - Group Exercise: Bootcamp (1 unit)
Prerequisite: None. Designed to improve physical fitness by means of moderate to vigorous cardiovascular activity. Discipline forms of exercise include: circuit training, cross training, and HIIT.
Both Grading options. (2 hours activity). May be repeated to a maximum of 8 units in different semesters.
