Prerequisites: Dept Consent Required. Admission to the Educational Leadership Doctorate program. 
Overview of the complex field of politics and power in education. Exploration of the forces that shape educational policy at the federal, state, and district levels, with an emphasis on governance structures, stakeholders, public engagement, and social justice.
