MUS 479 - Contemplative Studies in Music

(3 units)

Prerequisite:  MUS 374 . Upper-division standing.
An experiential-format class with emphasis on the integration of multiple contemplative practices into musical study and a focus on refining the connection of instinct and intellect, as it pertains to performance issues and musical interpretation.

Letter grade only (A-F). Double Numbered with: MUS 579
