GERN 440 - End of Life Issues for Older Adults and Their Families

Prerequisite: Upper division standing.
Multidisciplinary approaches to death/dying in the context of the bio-psycho-social model. Explores cross-cultural perspectives, the funeral industry, advanced planning, ethics, hospice, suicide, euthanasia, and grief.
