FCS 537 - Culturally Responsive Nutrition Promotion for Latinos (3 units)
Prerequisites: Family and Consumer Sciences and Health Care Graduate majors only. Explores the need and methods to develop culturally and linguistically relevant nutrition education with a focus on the Latino population. Students will analyze, evaluate, and create culturally competent nutrition interventions for the Latino community.
Letter grade only (A-F). Same course as H SC 537 . Not open to students with credit in H SC 537 .
