EDAD 623 - Legal Aspects of Education

Prerequisite(s):  Admission to the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential Program.  
This course emphasizes the development of foundational legal knowledge for school leaders. Students are provided with tools for online legal research. Students apply statutes, regulations, and case law to practical contexts facing school administrators.

Letter grade only (A-F). Ten hours field experience required. Course fee may be required.
