ART 354A - Furniture Making: Joinery and Structure

Prerequisites: ART 130 , ART 131 , ART 181 , ART 254 , AH 111A or AH 111B , or consent of instructor.
Furniture making techniques and tools related to traditional joinery for complex wooden structures. Hand tools and layout techniques are emphasized through the practice of historical joinery methods pertaining to furniture and architecture.
Letter grade only (A-F). (6 hrs. lab)
