TRST 465 - Community Interpreting

Prerequisites: 3 years of language instruction or consent of instructor.
Students will learn about theoretical and practical issues that arise in community interpreting, focusing on the code of ethics in interpretation and best practice for in-person and remote interpreting. The course includes a service-learning component and other experiential learning opportunities.
