NUTR 500 - Nutrition Assessment

Prerequisite(s): Enrollment in ACEND-accredited Graduate Program in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics.
Applied training in nutrition assessment as part of the Nutrition Care Process. Students will learn and practice methods for collection and interpretation of demographic, dietary, anthropometric, biochemical and clinical data.

Letter grade only (A-F). (2 hours lecture activities and 2 hours technical activities and laboratories) Not repeatable for credit.
