Overview of Public Health including: history; epidemiology of infectious and chronic disease; prevention and control of diseases; social determinants of health; strategies for eliminating disease; health disparities; career opportunities; community organizing and health promotion; environmental health and safety; and healthcare policy at an individual, community, national and global level.
