Corequisite(s): THEA 140, THEA 240, THEA 340, or THEA 440.
Introduction to the scope, history, tools, materials, and safe practices of stagecraft. Emphasizes the evolution of theatrical architecture, fundamentals of scenic design, scale and production drafting, materials, tools, safety, and principles of scenic construction.

Letter grade only (A-F). (2 hours lecture, 2 hours lab).
