PHIL 698 - Thesis or Project

(1-6 units)

Prerequisites: Consent of student’s advisor or graduate advisor, and advancement to candidacy.
Preparation and completion of a thesis or project in philosophy and oral defense thereof.

Both grading options. Students may take a total of 6 units of PHIL 698 with multiple instructors. Enrollment must be approved by the graduate advisor or department chair. May be repeated up to six units total in the same semester in multiple sections or in different semesters.
