MATH 115 - Calculus for Business

Prerequisite(s)/Corequisite(s): Appropriate CSULB Algebra and Calculus Placement, or a grade of “B” or better in MATH 112A.

Functions, derivatives, optimization problems, graphs, partial derivatives. Applications to business and economics. Emphasis on problem-solving techniques.

Both grading options. (Lecture 2 hours, Activity 2 hours) Not open for credit to students with credit in MATH 119A or MATH 122.
