FIN 600 - Seminar in Business Finance

Prerequisite: FIN 501 and MBA majors or Master of Science in Financial Analytics majors only.
An in-depth analysis of financial theories with emphasis on case studies and computer applications. Topics include securities valuation, capital budgeting, cost of capital, capital structure, and dividend policy. More advanced topics may include mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and hybrid securities.

Letter grade only (A-F).
