DANC 445 - Somatic Techniques and Movement Analysis

Prerequisites: Open to Dance Majors and Minors only.
Explores theories of human movement including interactions between body systems, most notably muscular and skeletal systems, and an examination of self (body/mind) and human movement through one or more somatic modalities and/or movement analysis systems; may include modes of touch.

Letter grade only (A-F). (2 hours seminar and 2 hours activity)
