COUN 606 - School Counseling Curriculum and Instructional Design

Prerequisites: COUN 506. School Counseling Majors Only.
Corequisites: COUN 643A or COUN 644A.
This course describes the basic principles of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment, and the role of the school counselor in the development and implementation of counseling curriculum. Targeted focus on culturally responsive instruction.

Letter grading only (A-F). 10 hours of fieldwork. A fee may be required.
