Prerequisite(s): NUTR 501 and enrollment in ACEND-accredited Graduate Program in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics.
Experiential skills in using research literature to develop, implement, and evaluate an applied project. This serves as the culminating experience for the program.

Letter grade only (A-F). (3 hours technical activities and laboratories) Not repeatable for credit.
