Admission to the DNP Graduate Program, or admission to the Master or Doctor of Public Health Programs, admission to the Master of Health Care Administration Program, or consent of instructor.
This course focuses on social determinants of health, clinical prevention, population, and global health. Emphasis is placed on epidemiology, public health, health promotion, evidence-based recommendations, environmental & occupational health, infectious diseases, emergency, disaster preparedness, cultural diversity, and social justice.
